Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Interior Project Coordinator

to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, site coordination experience, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day interior project activities. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Communicate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Supervise site works and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Manage material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability. Ensure all work is completed within the set timelines and budget. Handle documentation, work orders, and project correspondence efficiently. Support in resolving site-level issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain safety and compliance standards at the worksite.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of interior materials and execution methods. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
