Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate all new and current on-going projects and able to communicate well with all levels.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Prepare Quotation (BOQ) for All Site works
- Need to Known How to make the Autocad drawings and as well as known the Reading of Autocad Drawing
- Any Degree
- Over 1 year relevant working experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies exposure preferred.
- Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities.
- Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements.
- Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Highly independent, client oriented and team player.
