Role Overview

We're hiring an Interior Operations Lead to take full charge of on-site execution, factory coordination, modular deliveries, and installation timelines. This role is critical to ensuring each interior project runs like a well-oiled machine -- delivered on time, with quality that reflects the Archiville brand.

You will be the bridge between design, factory, vendors, and site teams, ensuring precision and speed across all interior operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end site execution for interior projects: modular, carpentry, civil, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and final finishes

Coordinate with the design team, cutlist team, and factory to ensure timely production and dispatch

Conduct daily site reviews and track progress using Gantt charts or internal trackers

Maintain strong coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure availability and speed

Monitor quality standards and handle on-site issue resolution proactively

Manage procurement follow-ups, delivery planning, and material accountability

Create and maintain project status dashboards for all active sites

Ensure client expectations are aligned during execution with smooth communication

Implement SOPs across all sites for standardization and operational discipline

Take charge of handover planning, including snag list closure and final site audit

Key Requirements

4+ years of experience in interior site execution or operations

Hands-on knowledge of modular installation, civil & MEP coordination

Strong vendor management, team handling, and on-ground coordination experience

Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings, 3Ds, and BOQs

Strong working knowledge of project tracking tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)

High accountability, ownership, and the ability to manage pressure deadlines

Fluency in English and local language(s)
