Interior Operations Head - Role & Responsibilities



Location: Bangalore / Vizag

Department: Operations & Execution

Reports to: CEO & Studio Director

Role Summary



As the Head of Interior Operations, you will lead the end-to-end execution of high-value residential interior projects from planning to final handover. You will be responsible for building systems that ensure seamless execution, zero-defect handovers, and delightful client experiences. Your leadership will directly influence the speed, quality, and profitability of projects at Archiville.

Key Responsibilities



1. Project Planning & Launch



Oversee pre-execution planning for all projects including site readiness, contractor mobilization, and material scheduling.

Finalize master execution calendar for all ongoing and upcoming projects with milestone mapping.

Align with design team for drawing approvals, cutlists, and factory production plans.

2. Execution Oversight



Supervise all project sites and ensure timelines are strictly adhered to.

Manage a team of site engineers, project managers, vendors, and labor across multiple locations.

Implement real-time tracking tools for progress, site photos, and daily reports.

3. Material & Vendor Coordination



Lead procurement alignment with vendors, factory (SnB), and warehouse.

Ensure timely delivery of modular units, loose furniture, hardware, lights, etc.

Build a reliable vendor ecosystem with cost, quality, and time accountability.

4. Team Leadership



Build and lead a high-performance execution team across cities.

Conduct weekly reviews with project managers and resolve escalations swiftly.

Drive team efficiency, ownership, and execution hygiene at all sites.

5. Quality Control & Handover



Conduct random site audits and milestone-based quality checks.

Own the final walkthrough and zero-defect handover experience with clients.

Plan and execute decor styling & final staging to ensure stunning project reveals.

6. Client & Cross-Department Coordination



Act as the single point of accountability from execution kickoff to project closure.

Communicate proactively with clients, addressing concerns before escalation.

Work closely with design, sales, and finance teams for unified delivery.

7. System & Process Development



Build SOPs, trackers, and escalation frameworks for all Ops activities.

Create a playbook for site management, vendor management, quality checklists, and client handover.

Continuously improve execution speed, reduce costs, and increase margin efficiency.

? Requirements

8+ years

of experience in Interior Project Execution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing 10+ luxury home projects end-to-end.

Deep technical knowledge of civil work, MEP, modular installation, finishes, and decor styling.

Ability to manage multiple cities and cross-functional teams with precision.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent leadership presence.

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
