We are hiring an Interior Maintenance & Finishing Supervisor to manage multiple small-scale interior repair, renovation, and finishing projects across the city.
? This role is not for structural construction site managers.
You will handle repairs, fixes, finishing, and maintenance works in premium homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Site visits and quick estimation using interior thumb rules
Material planning with strong knowledge of sanitaryware, fittings, flooring, hardware
Managing 3-5 client sites per day
Ensuring quality finishing and zero rework
Coordinating technicians, materials, and timelines
Acting as the technical point of contact for clients
Skills Required:
Interior estimation & measurement thumb rules
Strong finishing & quality inspection eye
MS Excel (basic BOQs),
Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
Soft Skills
Leadership with discipline and dignity
Clear communication with premium clients
