: Interior Fit-Out Engineer/Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced interior fit-out professional with strong execution capabilities and in-depth knowledge of the latest interior materials and finishes. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end site execution, coordinate with vendors, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete interior fit-out execution for assigned projects. Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines. Check material quality, availability, and usage as per project requirements. Resolve site-level issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges promptly. Maintain documentation, progress reports, and update management regularly. Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, lighting, flooring, partitions, and other interior elements.
Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution from start to handover. Excellent understanding of modern and latest interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings. Strong vendor and contractor management skills. Good communication and team coordination abilities. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
Qualifications

Degree or diploma in civil engineering, interior design, architecture, or any field. 8-12 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out execution.
