to oversee the daily operations of our interior design sites. You will act as the bridge between the design office and the on-site reality, ensuring that the design intent is executed perfectly. The ideal candidate has a strong background in interior finishing, great command over labor management, and an obsession with quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Supervision
Blueprint Adherence:
Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings (layouts, elevations, joinery details) and ensure work on-site corresponds exactly to the plans.
Daily Monitoring:
Supervise all on-site activities, including civil work, carpentry, POP/false ceiling, painting, electrical (MEP), and plumbing to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Schedule Management:
Ensure work progresses according to the project timeline. Identify potential delays early and implement recovery plans.
2. Coordination & Communication
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with subcontractors (electricians, carpenters, painters, glass vendors) to ensure they are available when needed and working efficiently.
Reporting:
Send daily progress reports (DPR) with photos and videos to the Project Manager or Design Team via [Email/WhatsApp/Project Management Software].
Client Interaction:
Act as the on-site point of contact for the client (if requested), handling queries professionally and escalating major changes to the office.
3. Material & Inventory Management
Inward/Outward Checks:
Verify the quantity and quality of materials delivering to the site (plywood, laminates, tiles, hardware, etc.) against the challans/invoices.
Wastage Control:
Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and theft.
Measurement Verification:
Take on-site measurements to verify against vendor bills before approval.
4. Quality Control & Safety
Snag Lists:
Conduct quality checks at every stage of the fit-out. Create "snag lists" (defect lists) and ensure they are rectified before the final handover.
Site Safety:
Enforce safety protocols (PPE usage, fire safety, tidy workspace) to prevent accidents on site.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training).
Experience:

Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of materials (wood, veneer, acrylic, hardware brands like Hettich/Hafele/Blum) and construction sequences.

Communication:
