Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality).
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
Supervise site activities, including civil, MEP, and joinery works.
Ensure adherence to approved materials and workmanship standards.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
Implement and enforce quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
