to oversee the execution of high-quality commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, and liaising between the project team, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations of corporate interior fit-out and renovation projects.
Ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor and maintain site safety standards as per statutory and organizational norms.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and labor/material logs.
Manage on-site materials, deliveries, and storage.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Ensure timely handover of completed projects with proper documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in supervising commercial interior fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishings.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Sound knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Proficient in basic project reporting and documentation.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Preferred:
Experience in handling office interiors, retail spaces, or hospitality projects.
Familiarity with project management software tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
