Key Responsibilities
Project Management
: Oversee fit-out projects from inception to completion ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Team Coordination
: Coordinate with various teams including engineering, design, and construction to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Assurance
: Ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Software Proficiency
: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS-Office
Key Requirements
Experience
: 5 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out management in the industrial sector.
Technical Skills
: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS-Office.
Communication
: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
