Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute

interior finishing works

as per approved drawings and specifications Supervise works related to

false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, partitions, and fittings

Coordinate with interior contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely execution Ensure quality standards, workmanship, and finishing are maintained as per project requirements Review interior drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups before execution Plan and monitor material requirements and site resources Prepare daily progress reports and track interior work schedules Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of interior works Identify and resolve site-level execution and quality issues

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design

6-7 years of experience in interior finishing works

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and details Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential / commercial / high-rise interior projects Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Strong attention to detail and quality control

Pay: ?306,139.59 - ?1,379,603.06 per year
