Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Finish Supervisor to oversee interior finishing works on our construction sites. This role involves supervising activities such as painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, ceiling work, plumbing, Fire-fighting, final touch-ups, etc. The candidate must ensure high-quality execution, timely progress, and effective coordination with subcontractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect all interior finishing activities on-site

Coordinate daily tasks with Interior Designer, Architects, subcontractors and site supervisors

Ensure work quality meets design and project standards

Monitor material use and maintain inventory control

Maintain daily progress reports and manage snag lists

Enforce safety and cleanliness on site

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

5+ years of experience in interior finishing supervision

Ability to read interior drawings and manage multiple trades

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office & Auto-Cad)

Knowledge of Various finished Materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
