Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive - Interiors to support our interior design sales process. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, understand the prospect clients ,conducting initial consultations, take down the requirements and working with sales teams to convert leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts, communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for incoming clients at site

Understand client requirements through initial consultation and document detailed briefs.

Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and feasibility.

Coordinate with the sales/design team.

Explain the company's offerings, processes, and design capabilities to potential clients.

Schedule meetings or site visits.

Collaborate with marketing and business development to refine lead-generation strategies.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and energetic

Field Marketing and Sales Executive

to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the interior design domain. The role involves on-ground marketing activities, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to promote interior design services to homeowners, builders, architects, and other stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, understands consumer behavior, and is passionate about design and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, etc.) to pitch interior design services within Bangalore location.

Conduct on-site meetings to understand client requirements and promote company offerings.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and revenue generation.

Negotiate and close deals with clients after understanding their design and budget preferences.

Coordinate with the in-house design team.

Marketing Responsibilities:



Distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing material in targeted locations (e.g., residential societies, commercial hubs).

Build partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and architects for lead generation.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and on-ground activations to showcase the brand.

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in interiors, home improvement).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Willingness to travel locally and work on-ground extensively.

Basic understanding of interior design concepts is an advantage.

Fluent in English and local language.
