Factory Supervisor

to join our Interior Manufacturing Unit in

Cherthala

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations in the interior factory. Review and manage

cutting lists

for production accuracy. Coordinate with the design and site teams for smooth workflow. Ensure production timelines and quality standards are met. Manage manpower allocation and monitor productivity. Maintain safety and discipline inside the factory.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience as a factory/production supervisor in interior or furniture manufacturing. Strong knowledge of

cutting lists, material planning, and production flow

. Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines under pressure. Good communication and leadership skills.
