Designation: Interior Execution executive

Salary package: 25000 - 40000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design Interpretation:

Interpreting design plans and blueprints, defining project requirements, and translating client needs into actionable plans.

Site Supervision & Coordination:

Supervising site activities, managing daily operations, and coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, and various subcontractors.

Material & Resource Management:

Researching, sourcing, and selecting appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings (FF&E).

Budget & Schedule Management:

Developing project budgets, tracking costs, preparing project reports, and maintaining adherence to schedules and timelines.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes, and conducting site reviews to ensure the final installation meets the original design.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Presenting design concepts, providing project updates, and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction and a smooth project flow.

Project Management:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, and contractors.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, use design software (like AutoCAD), and understand construction management processes.

Problem-Solving:

Creative problem-solving abilities to address issues that arise during execution.

Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail to ensure the final execution matches the design vision.
