+ Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings for upcoming MYOP stores using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
+ Ensure designs align with brand standards, store functionality, and customer experience objectives.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize designs and obtain necessary approvals.
Site Recce & Supervision:
+ Conduct on-site surveys to gather accurate measurements and assess site conditions.
+ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure alignment between design and execution.
+ Monitor the progress of site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
Visual Merchandising Support:
+ Assist in planning and implementing effective in-store visual merchandising strategies.
+ Optimize space usage to create attractive and customer-friendly displays that reflect the brand's identity.
+ Regularly refresh store layouts and displays to maintain visual appeal.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting in retail spaces.
Prior experience in retail store design or visual merchandising is preferred.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams and contractors.
Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
Having minimum 2years experience.
Retail industry designing is more considered.
