Job Description

Skills & Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings: floor plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and details Create working drawings for execution (furniture, ceilings, flooring, wall paneling, lighting, electrical layouts, etc.) Coordinate with interior designers, architects, site engineers, and vendors Revise drawings as per design changes, site conditions, or client feedback Ensure drawings follow industry standards and measurements Support the site team with clarifications and updated drawings.

(Technical Skills)

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Understanding of interior construction details Knowledge of materials, finishes, and fittings Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Basic knowledge of lighting, electrical & plumbing layouts

(Professional Skills)

Strong attention to detail Fast and efficient working speed with the ability to deliver drawings within tight deadlines Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Clear communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to learn and adapt to design changes
