Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Client Interaction:

Engage with incoming leads and conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements. Explain design solutions and product offerings (modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors) to clients. Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure smooth conversion. Schedule site visits and design meetings. Support the sales team in maintaining lead data and CRM entries.

Design Support:

Assist in space planning, layout creation, and mood boards under the guidance of senior designers. Use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Canva for visual representations. Coordinate between the design and execution team for client requirements. Support in creating presentations and proposal documents.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD) is preferred. Sales mindset with a flair for client communication and presentation.
