Job Description


Roles & Responsibility: -

  • To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
  • To own Customer Experience during the onboarding journey
  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various workspace interior projects
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client\'s needs
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
  • Good understanding of materials and products used in Interior Design
ExperienceRequired: -
  • Have 7-10 years of hands-on experience of working with interior firms, with at least 3 years of experience in designing and delivery workplace interiors.
  • Holds sales expertise in:
- Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch - Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
  • Holds design expertise in:
- Conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards) - Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
  • Holds behavioral attributes of:
- Result oriented - Team work - Integrity & Ethics - Crisp & meaningful communication
  • Have Good communication presentation skills
  • Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
