Designer Associate Department Retailing Reporting to Divisional Retail Executive Grade Off Role Jobs Reporting Into Senior Designer Location/Unit Based out of unit office/DM office/RM office Role Description Job Purpose To lead and manage a team, drive targets for products categories, ensure team training and readiness and ensure consultation metrics are followed. Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators Main Responsibilities: ₹ Should maintain a healthy relation between team member and Company. ? Capability to support & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance. ? Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all. ? Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CC's, monitoring performance and comparing to the month's objective ? Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed to volume & profit objectives ? Complete painting and decor knowledge ? Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home decor makeover. ? Willingness to travel in case required.
