Client Collaboration:

Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.

Design Development:

Creating design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas.

Space Planning:

Determining the optimal layout and arrangement of interior spaces to maximize functionality and aesthetics.

Material Selection:

Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and decor items to create the desired look and feel.

Lighting Design:

Selecting and specifying lighting fixtures and systems to enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space.

Project Management:

Overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Budget Management:

Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Code Compliance:

Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Collaboration with Professionals:

Working with architects, contractors, and other specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
Essential Skills:

Creativity and Imagination:

The ability to develop innovative and original design solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), understanding of construction principles, and knowledge of building codes.
