Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Interior Designer with Cost Estimation Expertise

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing 3D interior design concepts and accurately estimating project costs. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical knowledge, and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D interior design concepts using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion). Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets. Provide accurate cost estimations based on design specifications, materials, labor, and vendor quotes. Work closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in interior design with cost estimation responsibilities. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Proficiency in any design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.). Advanced skills in MS Excel Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
