Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Interio Maker, you will be responsible for transforming empty spaces into functional, aesthetic, and safe environments. You will manage the entire design process, from the initial client consultation and conceptualization to the final "big reveal." Your goal is to combine artistic flair with technical proficiency to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and lifestyle/business requirements.

Space Planning:

Develop floor plans, electrical layouts, and furniture arrangements that maximize space efficiency.

Material Sourcing:

Select and source furniture, lighting, flooring, wall treatments, and hardware.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare detailed "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings for contractors and vendors.

Project Supervision:

Visit sites to ensure the design is being executed correctly and on schedule.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and painters to ensure quality control.

Proficiency:

1) Auto CAD 2) 3Ds MAX + V-Rey 3) Sketch-Up + V-Rey 4) Practical Drawing Knowledge

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
