Position Overview

: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client requirements. This role involves working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality design solutions within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and style preferences. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, layouts, and specifications. Select and source furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and decor. Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity during execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design intent. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role. Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.). Excellent knowledge of colour theory, space planning, and design principles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail. Effective communication and client management skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment

Office-based with regular site visits. Occasional travel may be required depending on project locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
