Review design development and construction drawings by consulting architect to ensure accuracy and design intent is met for bid and constructionCreate a disciplined, orderly approach to construction, including precise scheduling and budgetingManage project delivery time line, including possession dates, permitting, construction commencement and completion, and store delivery and target opening datesEstablish and manage relations with landlord construction teams and ensure delivery of space by landlord in accordance with lease, code and other applicable requirementsManage permit expediter and obtain required construction permits and approvalsRepresents Owner's interests while overseeing day to day construction activities for minor and major capital building projectsAnalyze construction conditions requiring unforeseen work and expenditure of contingency fundAttend all project construction meetings to represent interests of OwnerAccountable for all Design and Construction activity for the regionLead and manage a local team made up of dedicated and variable outsourced project managers and construction administrators, occupancy planners, move planners, and furniture managers
