Key Responsibilities
Design Proposals:
Conceptualize and develop comprehensive design proposals for residential and commercial projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and functional needs.
Mood Board Presentations:
Curate material palettes, textures, furniture, and lighting selections to create cohesive mood boards. Present design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
Working Drawings:
Produce high-quality, detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and electrical layouts to ensure smooth site execution.
Documentation:
Assist in preparing Boards of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications using Microsoft Office tools.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the execution team and vendors to ensure the design is implemented accurately on-site.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of
2 to 4 years
of proven work experience in Interior Design.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Software Proficiency (Mandatory):
AutoCAD:
Advanced skills in 2D drafting and layout planning.
Google SketchUp:
Proficiency in 3D modeling and space visualization.
Microsoft Office:
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for BOQs), and Word.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
