Job Description

Experience:

Minimum

3 years

of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings

for interior projects Prepare

working drawings

including layouts, elevations, sections, and details using

AutoCAD

Create

3D models and visualizations

using

SketchUp

(V-Ray/Enscape knowledge is a plus) Coordinate with

clients

to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback Conduct

site visits

, take measurements, and ensure design feasibility Coordinate with

vendors, contractors, and execution teams

for smooth project delivery Assist in

material selection

, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories Ensure designs are aligned with

budget, timelines, and quality standards

Support the design-to-execution process and resolve on-site design issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Interior Design or Architecture

Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

SketchUp

Good understanding of

materials, finishes, furniture, and construction details

Experience in

client handling and presentations

Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage

multiple projects

simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience with

residential interiors

Knowledge of

3D rendering tools

(V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, etc.) Familiarity with

site execution and vendor coordination
