Develop interior concepts, mood boards, and design presentations.
Create detailed layouts, working drawings, and 3D visuals as required.
Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and decor.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure alignment with drawings.
Work with vendors, contractors, and carpenters for timely execution.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Maintain documentation, revisions, and design approvals.
Ensure high-quality standards in design and execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.
Proficiency in design software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of materials, market rates, modular furniture, and site execution.
Creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
Degree or Diploma in
Interior Design / Architecture
(B.Des, B.Arch, BSc Interior, Diploma Interior Design, etc.)
0-3 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
