Job Responsibilities:

Work on both residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. Meet clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and project scope. Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D models. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project execution meets design standards. Oversee the site coordination, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work. Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with design and safety regulations. Provide cost estimates for materials, furnishings, and labor. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and materials.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in interior design, preferably in both residential and commercial spaces. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, color schemes, lighting, and spatial arrangements. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
