Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budget.
Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans.
Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and decor elements.
Prepare detailed drawings, 2D/3D models, and presentation designs using industry software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or Diploma) in Interior Design or related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar.
Strong sense of creativity, color coordination, and spatial arrangement.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of professional interior design experience .
Experience in residential or commercial design projects.
Knowledge of material sourcing and vendor coordination.
