Space Planning & Design Delivery
Key Responsibilities
Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings
Understand client brief and convert it to functional and aesthetic design
Conduct site surveys, BOQs, material selections
Collaborate with 3D artists and project teams for seamless execution
Tools You Know
AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, Photoshop
Basic 3DS Max or VRay (a plus)
Who You Are
3+ years of hands-on design in commercial interiors
Sharp spatial understanding and aesthetic sensibility
Proactive communicator with ability to manage timelines and revisions
