Job Description

We are looking for B. Arch having two years' experience as Interior Designer (Residential projects) and can work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria

(a) Including planning, designing and overseeing the site execution till completion

(b) Create and present interior design concepts.

(c) Detailed working drawings 2D /drafting detailing to be prepared as per assigned timelines.

(d) Advise on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and colour coordination. Quality check on the execution of the drawings. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

(e) Daily update your works status to your reporting officer

(f) Preferably Female candidate who is living at a nearby location Madinaguda who can actively perform on execution tasks , designs quality, presentations

(g) excellent knowledge & experience in using relevant software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.

(h) Detailed working drawings preparation for Woodwork, False ceiling, Electrical etc using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, V-ray, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office or other design programs.

(i) Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design as per requirements.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
