Job Description

- Interior Designer

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client needs. Prepare detailed layout plans, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and decor elements. Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project teams to ensure design execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy. Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design milestones. Present design proposals and mood boards to clients for approval. Ensure all designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Manage client communication and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Monitor project budgets and ensure material selections align with cost guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree ( B Arch) Preferred or diploma in Interior Design or a related field. Proven experience in residential or commercial interior design projects. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape Photoshop). Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection. Good knowledge of market trends, materials, and vendor networks. Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
