Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor elements in line with design vision and budget.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines.
Stay updated with current trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Present design proposals and revisions to clients for approval.
