In this role, you will manage key aspects of the design process, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of project deliverables. You will contribute creative design solutions, maintain high-quality standards, and help enhance customer satisfaction through thoughtful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Development & Execution
Work on the full design workflow--client briefing, concept development, layouts, and design detailing.
Prepare high-quality drawings, visualizations, and 3D walkthroughs to communicate design intent clearly.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure production accuracy and timely execution.
Conduct site visits to verify measurements, review progress, and support onsite implementation.
2. Client Interaction & Support
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.
Support the senior designer or design lead in managing feedback, revisions, and design iterations.
Provide recommendations on materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories to elevate project quality.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with sales, execution, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project handover and alignment.
Share customer insights, design challenges, and improvement ideas with the team.
Support documentation, project tracking, and timely follow-up on deliverables.
4. Quality & Professionalism
Ensure design outputs meet brand standards and customer expectations.
Maintain accuracy in measurements, drawings, and design specifications.
Demonstrate professionalism, timely communication, and ownership of assigned tasks.

Productivity & Communication:
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Project tracking tools (Zoho preferred)
Familiarity with AI-assisted design or virtual walkthrough tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
2-4 years of experience in interior design, preferably with modular kitchen projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and client-oriented solutions.
Knowledge of materials, appliances, and interior styling accessories.
Proficiency in English and regional languages (Telugu and Hindi preferred).
