We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with our team to develop and present cutting-edge designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pitch HomeStyles' services.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and design goals.
Create detailed space plans, mood boards, and design layouts.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design vision.
Follow up consistently on design presentations, quotes, and client feedback.
Update and maintain records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Meet monthly targets for lead conversion and revenue.
Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and industry advancements.
Participate in client meetings to present and explain design ideas, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience in interior design, including space planning and project execution.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and finishes.
Excellent visual and spatial awareness with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
