Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

shop drawings

,

interior layouts

, and

joinery details

based on design concepts and site conditions. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and carpentry/joinery teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. Translate client briefs into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Conduct

site measurements

and ensure drawings reflect site reality. Collaborate with vendors and material suppliers to finalize finishes and materials. Modify and revise drawings as per project requirements and consultant/client feedback. Create 2D/3D presentations, mood boards, and material boards for client approvals. Coordinate with MEP teams to integrate services in the design layouts.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

Photoshop

, and MS Office. Proficiency in preparing

shop drawings

, especially in

joinery, cabinetry, paneling, and partitions

. Good understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with site execution and ability to resolve on-site design queries. Excellent visualization, detailing, and documentation skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. Previous experience in

interior fit-out firms

or

custom furniture/joinery companies

is highly preferred.
