Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
Prepare 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
Create realistic 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using V-Ray / Lumion
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors during execution
Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and timelines
Make design revisions based on client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Site execution knowledge will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential / commercial interior projects
Knowledge of modular furniture and custom carpentry
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing layouts
