We are looking for a creative and confident Interior Designer who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into confirmed projects. The ideal candidate should balance

Key Responsibilities

Meet prospective clients, understand their lifestyle, budget, and design expectations Present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material options clearly and confidently Convert walk-in, online, and referral leads into signed projects Explain scope of work, timelines, and pricing in a professional and transparent manner Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare basic design drawings, 3D concepts, and material specifications Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently Maintain long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial interiors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to

convince, negotiate, and close deals

Good presentation skills with a client-centric approach Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software Knowledge of materials, finishes, modular furniture, and site execution Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple clients
