Key Responsibilities
Develop interior architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and material specifications
Create 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
Supervise site execution and ensure design intent is maintained
Handle BOQs, material selection, and cost estimation
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and construction methods
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software
Good understanding of lighting, furniture, and finishes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
