Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Interior Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our design team. This role requires a strong design foundation combined with a sales-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative interior design solutions, engaging effectively with clients, and converting opportunities into successful projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory for this position.

Training & Work Schedule

Mandatory Training: 45-day compulsory training program in Coimbatore. Work Schedule:
o Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM Work location : Airport Road , Sitra , Coimbatore Meals - Free breakfast and lunch are provided to all employees.
Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Design Development

Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their functional requirements, design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget considerations. Create innovative, practical, and visually compelling interior design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, colour schemes, and lighting design. Develop impactful design presentations using mood boards, sketches, material samples, and visual renderings to communicate ideas clearly.
Technical Design & Documentation

Prepare accurate 2D layouts, drawings, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD for execution and installation. Produce high-quality 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp to illustrate design intent. Generate specifications and documentation to support smooth project implementation.
Project Coordination & Execution

Select and source furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes in alignment with approved designs and budget limits. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
Design Trends & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, tools, and technologies. Incorporate best practices and new ideas to consistently elevate design quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Interior Designer. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
