You'll be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing project presentations, sourcing materials, and overseeing implementation from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Select and source materials, furniture, lighting, and decor items.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Manage timelines, budgets, and on-site supervision when necessary.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer (residential or commercial).
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit.
Strong creative vision, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
