Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and versatile individual to join our team at Toran Home Decor. This unique role combines the responsibilities of an interior designer and store manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of design aesthetics, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage the daily operations of our store while providing exceptional customer service.

Interior Design:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgets.
Create and present design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and space layouts.
Select and source furniture, fixtures, textiles, and decor items that align with clients' visions.
Execute interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Provide expert design advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the design process and outcomes.

Store Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Toran Home Decor store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring that displays reflect current design trends.
Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.

Sales and Promotion:

Actively engage in selling products and design services to walk-in customers.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote Toran Home Decor's offerings.
Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
