Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Create 3D exterior elevations for residential buildings (apartments, villas, individual houses). Develop realistic 3D interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and other home spaces. Prepare floor plans, layouts, and material specifications. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Suggest suitable color palettes, materials, finishes, and furniture arrangements. Provide high-quality renders and presentations for client approval. Make changes to designs based on feedback.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools. Strong understanding of residential space planning, color theory, and lighting. Creativity with attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills.
