Candidate should be ready to work in sales.
Must handle the team of 25 members (segregate the target among the team members).
Should be ready to travel regularly (Handle enter Bangalore (GBR) if need travel to (ROK) to be ready).
Good excel knowledge (Mandatory) - Completely maintain reports of the team member.
It's an Completely Sales and Traveling job.
(Bike and Driving licence mandatory).

Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all.
Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CC's, monitoring performance and comparing to the month's objective.
Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed up volume & profit objective.
Complete painting and decor knowledge.
Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home decor makeover.
Willingness to travel in case required.

Preferred Any bachelor degree.
Age should be less than 25 yrs.
Throughout education (10^{th}, 12^{th}, UG & PG) candidate marks should be 50text{ percent} and above.
Candidate shouldn't have any backlogs now. Backlogs if any, should have already been cleared within course duration.
Should not have any year gap in their education till now.
