Conceptualization and Design:

Developing design concepts, sketches, and floor plans based on client requirements and project goals.

Space Planning:

Analyzing and optimizing space to create functional and efficient layouts.

Material Selection:

Choosing materials, colors, lighting, and furniture that align with the design vision and client preferences.

Project Management:

Creating project schedules, budgets, and overseeing the installation of design elements.

Client Communication:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs, presenting designs, and addressing their concerns.

Collaboration:

Working with architects, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Code Compliance:

Ensuring designs adhere to building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilizing CAD software, sketching, and other design tools to create and present designs.
