Urgent Opening for Interior Designer in Leading Real Estate Company in Chennai

Position Name : Interior Designer Qualification : Diploma in Interior Designer Experience : 3 yrs Industry : Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Salary : Negotiable Location : Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

3. Create concept sketches, 2D and 3D designs, and presentation materials.

4. Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture.

5. Develop and manage design budgets and timelines.

6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

7. Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and identity. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
