Interior Designer - Construction Sector (Dubai, UAE)

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Interior Designer

with strong experience in the

construction and fit-out industry

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects from inception to completion, aligning with UAE construction standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project requirements and timelines. Develop and present

concept designs

,

mood boards

,

3D renderings

, and

detailed CAD drawings

. Select and specify

materials

,

furniture

,

fixtures

, and

finishes

suitable for the Dubai market and climate. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and detailed design documentation. Supervise and inspect

on-site installations

to ensure design integrity and quality control. Ensure all designs comply with

Dubai Municipality regulations

DEWA

, and relevant building codes. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to source and deliver materials on time and within budget. Maintain client relationships and provide after-service design support where necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of interior design experience Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction documentation. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
