Role Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and technically skilled

Interior Designer

to join our team. This role is execution-focused, requiring a strong understanding of CAD-based drawings and on-site coordination. The designer will be responsible for turning concepts into reality through precise documentation and close monitoring of on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

2D working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, tile layouts, elevations

, etc., using

AutoCAD

Collaborate with architects and the design team to translate concepts into technical drawings Conduct

site visits regularly

to ensure work is progressing as per drawings and design intent Coordinate with

site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and civil teams

to ensure smooth execution Modify and update CAD drawings based on site conditions or client feedback Create

BOQs and material lists

for execution purposes Ensure that quality, detailing, and timelines are strictly followed on-site Assist in material selection and site-level decision-making when required

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design/Architecture. 3-5 years of relevant interior design experience (customizable based on your requirement)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and/or other design tools

Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery details, and site workflows Prior experience in residential or commercial interior execution preferred Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings Must be comfortable visiting multiple sites as needed

Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to handle on-site problem-solving and communication Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned work Professional and proactive attitude.
