Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision
Guide and support junior and mid-level designers throughout project stages.
Delegate tasks and ensure team members meet deadlines and design goals.
Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
Design Oversight
Lead conceptual development and design strategies.
Review and approve design presentations, drawings, and mood boards.
Ensure the design aligns with project scope, budget, and client expectations.
Client Engagement
Attend client meetings to understand needs and present design concepts.
Act as the key point of contact for design-related queries and revisions.
Translate client feedback into actionable design solutions.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, and consultants.
Oversee coordination of materials, furnishings, and finishes.
Monitor progress through site visits and team updates.
Quality & Compliance
Creative Innovation
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.
Encourage innovation and creativity within the design team.
Contribute to design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
5+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
